Wonderful spot in Belem. Chef Paulo once again delivers, but now with an Italian bend.

(November 2025) This is the epitome of a high-end restaurant. The food is impeccable, and the atmosphere is refined. Seeing the high-ranking delegates I saw at the COP30 conference hall, it's clear this place is a good place for a meal. While the prices are a bit high, they're well worth it.

I enjoyed it, everything was delicious and the service was excellent. I was able to take advantage of Brazil Restaurant Week, which was a special menu that included an appetizer, main course, and dessert, so the value for money was very good.

We arrived at the restaurant on a rainy Tuesday, so it wasn't crowded and we didn't have to wait to get in. We were warmly welcomed and seated at a good table. The place is pleasant, with beautiful decor, being a modernized version of an Italian trattoria. I must mention that the choice of background music doesn't match the atmosphere. I suggest something more intimate and less upbeat (that day they were playing some kind of house music? Hard to say). Well, let's talk about the food. It's worth noting that the menu has a very interesting and varied selection of dishes with honest prices, considering the noticeable quality of the ingredients. We ordered truffle arancini (R$ 49) as an appetizer, which consisted of risotto balls stuffed with cheese, parsley, truffles and eggplant chips. I can say that it was the highlight of the evening. Crispy, flavorful and accompanied by a delicious sauce, forming an excellent combination. For the main courses, we ordered two of the restaurant's most popular dishes: spaghetti nero di sepia (pasta made with squid ink, sautéed with squid, shrimp, and octopus, lemon zest, olive oil, tomato, mixed herbs, and breadcrumbs - R$89) and filet mignon in a mushroom crust (meat and wine sauce, three-cheese risotto, parmesan foam, and cheese crisp - R$79). The dishes were generously portioned, however, both were excessively salty. Furthermore, the risotto arrived at room temperature, not hot, causing it to lose its expected creaminess. The filet mignon was very flavorful and cooked to perfection. They didn't have shrimp that day, so they asked if they could add more squid or octopus instead. I don't know if the absence of that ingredient affected the flavor of the dish, but it was still tasty. We didn't order dessert, as it was getting late. The service was attentive and helpful. We intend to return to the restaurant in the future hoping for a more satisfactory experience.

We arrived early, so we didn't have to wait in line. The establishment works with reservations, but it's possible to arrive without one. The atmosphere is extremely comfortable and pleasant. The service was very attentive. The flank steak lasagna is simply delicious and a generous portion. The drink we chose was also enjoyable. An extremely positive experience. We returned and the pasta was excellent, and the service remained pleasant and attentive.
